Yes, VXZ is my pick- It gained a whole $.02 today - LOL!

Hey - you're ahead - I forgot to put in stop/limit too . Do you think we should use buy stops?? A rider would not be in the race until his stop hit. Opinions

I think Buystops should also be used- It is what i actually have in place on MMSI and HOG- (But cash hasn't cleared.-Looks like MMSI is moving well today!)
I like Buy-stops - I use them to ensure that the move is going higher. You're paying a bit of a higher price- but that's a small net cost increase-like an insurance premium - just ensures that the anticipated move occurs. Always use with a limit though!

It works! But, If you get it figured out to your satisfaction, and want another format challenge- Perhaps a series of video clips-of the horse race LOL!
On Monday - "They're at the gate- They're off!
Tuesday, "They're rounding the 1st Bend,"
Wednesday "They're in the Stretch"
Thursday " They're in the final quarter"

Nice move in MMSI. Although GILD disappointed, but the XBI index moved higher.
i should own a small position tomorrow! It surpassed my buy-stop today.

Yes- I was filled today @ $50.81 @ 10:15 am on a move above my buystop
I will put the stop just under the recent range $49.81- This was a small tracking position of just 10 shares- while i test things out. Small Risk -even on a disappointment in earnings..
What i am PO'ed about is that I did not get filled on MMSI- I knew that i was waiting on cash to clear to activate the trades-Apparently- i did not change the auto-fill of Day to GTC for MMSI- and i do not own it here as i should have- Nice momentum higher Blygh, i will have to pass on chasing at this level-
