Putting a few toes back in- partial positions only- buy-stop orders for WED- Hard stop raised on TLT-as it turned South today-
Caught a partial blurb that the Fed announced it would maintain monetary policy.... ? Don't know if that was accurate- but even small caps are turning here. See if it has any staying power-
Taking partial positions in ARKK, ARKQ, vioo,vfqy,vgt,voog,vfva- Will we get a continued move higher this week? Several of these funds were already down -10% -15% at the Monday low-
Somewhat skeptical because it's seasonally a weak time for the market- but I'm getting in at a discount to where I sold earlier- can take some volatility with the partial positions.

This week I'll ride a different kind of horse. Bigger and more mature than most of my little speculative picks. GPN has 11,000 employees, is profitable and pays a dividend. It's in the credit and debit card business and has been growing faster than Visa for the the past week, month, 3 months, 6 months, and a year. GPN is a high SCTR stock.

Looks like the news may be a tailwind with lowered trade war risks which should favor global financial companies. But can we go a whole week without some new issue raising fears? Probably not. Last week I expected another down week. The Dow then gained 1,100 points for the week. Should you pay attention to my thoughts on the broad market? Probably not. - ira
