HMMM-
don't mean to be a downer, but Looking at the charts this Sat am- Stockcharts is showing a big drop in the 1st 2 hr period Friday to a Low of $22.00- Ira's exact Stop loss- Blygh can verify the actual low as the price shown in the charts may not be accurate .

Wow, I didn't even think about the possibility of being stopped out. Fairs fair. If it stopped out its gone. I use bigcharts.markethingych.com They show NSTG opened Friday at 22.60, high 30.00, low 22.0001. Take a look. Maybe I luck out by the absolutely smallest possible margin. Yahoo Finance shows "Day's Range 22.01 - 29.96" Nasdaq.com says "Today's High / Low $ 30 / $ 22.01"
There were more declining stocks Friday than advancing on both the NYSE and the NASDAQ. Same with volume, more volume for decliners. And more new 52 week lows than new 52 week highs. It wouldn't surprise me if March ends up looking like December. - ira

Extremely close !And talk about volatile! Mini flash crash with an immediate recovery- News? It certainly seems to be manipulated by someone in the 1st few minutes trying to acquire more shares by taking out stop-losses- see the 3 minute -1 day chart chart and ask how did it get pushed down to open so low and recover so fast?https://i.imgur.com/VQnUlN0.png
- it's all up to Blygh's reference source for stock pricing that we agreed to use as the final determinator!
This week's price action- certainly didn't find much in favor ....
For those that are in the Bear camp- long term projection by Hussman expecting a significant market decline-eventually- citing his thesis of over valuation based on several measures- I've been getting stopped out all week

Next week ASMB short, stop @ 21.51
I've been picking high volatility, high momentum small, tech and biotech. But it's been tougher to find winners. I'll try the opposite strategy this week. ASMB is a biotech clearly in a downtrend. I think the broad market is likely to have a down week.
SD mentioned Hussman being bearish. I've read several Hussman articles and he's a really good writer. But he's been bearish for years expecting an overly expensive market to deflate. Someday he'll be right. I'm joining him in the bear camp, but I'm just there for a week. He's become a long term resident.
