Got a new camera, and took a couple of shots on different days. Fuji sl1000 w a 50x optical zoom- I'm looking forward to getting better photos as I learn more, and we get some nice cold crisp clear winter nights.   |

Will it do super close up on small objects? Those can be cool also.

Yes, it has a lot of different settings including a super close MACRO- As usual, it is all about the operator- not the equipment.... We have hummingbirds (in season) that come to the feeder just outside of the front sliding glass door that we want to capture - a goal for next spring. And since i'm not hunting this year, I may leave the bow in the house, and take to the tree stand and capture a "live" specimen. The camera was not very expensive- Technology does bring some great advances...  |
