Here in NE, we are expecting a very severe storm starting early tomorrow morning. Many power outages are expected; and they may exist for several days. Should I not post the race results monday, you will know that I am without power. Hopefully Jim can yet again fill in for me should that occur.

Looks like this storm may coincide with other fronts to really have a severe impact - And the predictions are for major power losses-across the atlantic states and further North- Heavy rain, high winds , and leaves still on the trees- With some areas getting snow ...... Fill the bath tub, Buy some non-perishisable goods- to sustain a week + of no power- Wood for the fireplace, fuel for generators if you are fortunate enough to have one. Good Luck! SD

I'm glad to hear you have survived! Did you have any other problems besides losing your cable?

15 inches of snow here. The snow is very heavy and wet since the temperature has been just barely freezing. But the electricity has stayed on, thankfully.
Glad to hear you're up and running DG!

other than cancer and heart a-fib post chemo recovery, I'm doing fine. Kept power throughout (with a few minor blinks); lost cable three times. Such a tremendous storm! My heart goes out to those far less fortunate!
