An hour of aerobic exercise? Wow, that's some serious work. I have to pace myself to get 15 straight minutes done. It would take me a long time to work up to doing an hour. We'd all be in great shape if we did that much exercise. -ira

For sure. My emphasis is higher on diet. I do however walk my dog twice a day. Combined, we do about 3 miles and take about an hour.
BTW, I found that raw garlic finely chopped can be purchased in sizable jars, and that mixed with catsup or other condiments makes a great topping on burgers.
I get my potassium via low sodium V8 juice that I spike with cayenne powder or tobasco sauce to improve taste and add helpful ingredients.
NOTE: potassium and magnesium are extremely important to heart health.
