I have noticed over the last 35 yrs is that when the mkt is up in early January (folks dumping money into their Roths and buying back stuff they sold off for a tax loss) - the inflows tend to dry up around the third week and the highest flyers drop the most. I will short the emerging markets by going long EUM next week

What a week for me to step back into the market!
I'll go long FXP, I took a position earlier this week when China decided to tighten. No idea whether this will slide in unison with the US market next week.

I'll ride MMR long again next week. It held up pretty well during the sharp selloff last week ending higher on Friday than at the close on triple-digit up day on Tuesday. -ira

Oh crap! I got caught up in watching a football game and again forgot to enter the race. So I am stuck with my automatic UKK long for another week of probable sour market.
