Happy New Year all - I notice a lot of skepticism and fear among investors I know - a sense of too far too fast - consumer fear - baby boomers paniced about retirement - I expect a lack of inflow to drive the market lower- I think real estate has especially gone too far too fast. I will short AVB next week

Just to clarify . . . SRS is an inverse etf. So, although I mentioned the short side, I'll ride SRS long. -ira
