Also, note the various different funds on that page, and factsheets should one be interested in finding out more.
I like the idea of trying to achieve outperformance , but diluting the Risk of buying an individual stock and buying a narrower group within that sector segment-
Still comes with plenty of downside Risk though- One of the Ark Funds had an 85% return - outperformance was driven by investments in the crypto currency space-

Obviously, this would be for the Riskier side of one's allocations. While we are uptrending in 2019 , charts look great, but look at that downside in 2018!
A wide stop loss - perhaps at the 50 ema in an uptrend -and a reentry looked good in 2017- but then....

It depends on how the economy is doing - I don't fight the Fed  - rate down ? -> higher growth  SPY stocks  dominate the portfolio
                                                                                               rates up? -> slow growth -dividend payers dominate the portfolio
