Congrats Spidey!! Not only a win with a nice gain, but also the only one of us to finish in the black.
Congrats SD for the good fortune to have the hurricane not be as bad as predicted. Hope the rain doesn't make up for what the wind left you.
My performance last week yuk. Note to self: if I'm using a strategy that's winning, keep using it. I've been picking high momentum stocks. But last week I ignored that strategy and made a market call, looking for a correction even though the the QQQ and SPY were not breaking down. Dumb idea. So this week it's back picking a stock that's up 858% in the past year, selling at nose bleed valuation, 32 times price to book. But it's hot, in a hot sector, and so high tech there's no competition (at least that's my read, but I've only done a little searching). Good luck. -ira
