lIKE THE COLORFUL LISTING BLYGH! This week's charts will be made up of 30 minute Renko charts- This shows up as each Renko box is based on a smaller price movement. Note that Gaps up and down are not shown on Renko charts- Renko takes out some of the "noise" and extremes found in viewing price action alone. and is simply another method of viewing a chart- Also included are a few moving averages- to get a sense of trend.....Tiarra's pick is MYCC it recently had a quick up move and then came back down, and would look to be oversold. TRIL is Spiderman's pick- pushing for a new high Blygh is long QCOM stop 64, lmt $75 WELCOME BACK JOE! JOE IS SHORT AMZN SD HAS BEEN PATIENTLY WAITING FOR RDCM Iras default pick LMT

I'm still here. September was a very busy month. I have an unusual and sometimes demanding day job that has kept me busy lately. I've been disappointed in my LMT pick. I picked it because it had been a steady grower, out-pacing the SP500 by a good margin the past 3 years with low volatility. But of course trees don't grow to the sky and past performance is no . . . I may have picked LMT at the end of good run. I'll stick with it for now. I was also considering Visa (V), but was afraid it had gone too far, too fast and was vulnerable. But since I picked LMT V has out performed.
Hopefully by December I'll have a little more time to participate. -ira

I can appreciate the pressures and demands of a day job- Glad to see you are still on board- look forward to you finding the time to be a participant - in the mean time, the market will be here- but i expect lower There is an interesting back tested approach on long term positioning - found on stock charts - using a 10 & 40 weekly ema cross that greatly reduces drawdowns and substantially improves results over the past 20 years that really improves the end results. If you are interested- and When you get time, i will send you the Arthur hill study if you are interested.this speaks to the style of long term positioning - yet not simply being always a bystander- employing weekly charts . Joe holds the lead and the only one past the starting gate - for the second day Tiarra, too bad you did not continue your short on AA - you would have been up 14.2%

Held the lead all week JOE! Congrats! I'll have to consider a different Horse and get it posted this weekend. It will be a busy weekend- so i will tentatively select NFLX- as it reports this week. It dropped 5% this past week or so, has made a 1st rally attempt , after penetrating back into the prior price range. Should it make it's earnings a plus, it should pop 5%. If it's an earnings miss, look out below for $85.--
